When you submit a quote request, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code.
- The type of HVAC service you need and any details you share.
- Basic usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).
3. How we share your information
When you submit a quote request, we share the contact details you provide with up to three (3) partner contractors that service your ZIP code and equipment type. Those contractors may contact you directly by email, SMS, or phone to provide a quote.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
4. SMS & call consent
By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from ChillPoint and our partner contractors at the phone number and email you provided, including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages, for the purpose of delivering quotes and scheduling service. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link in any message.

- To match you with qualified partner contractors.
- To send you quotes, updates, and follow-up communications.
- To improve our matching, service quality, and site experience.
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
